Great pics. I'm amazed you had time to drive 290 miles with the time you must have spent setting up some of those pics.

No, we just dump the cars any old place and the scenery does the rest.
It helps when there's absolutely no traffic on any of the roads.

These are great pics of cars guys!
But I'm sure eibutler and euan are gonna be a bit annoyed with your gratuitous shots of their cars.

I think we're up for both days, if I can afford it?

Iain... your amphibious picture is legendary!

I think going on popular demand I reckon hereby this qualifies you as "Jock o' the month"

Seriously, I'm scunnered I missed this day (unwell) but it certainly looks like a fabulous run! When you planning on doing it again. The Talla water run looks breathtaking.

Well done chaps!

I liked the shot so much I added it to my sig

Talla Water is a section we regularly incorporate into runs, so I'm sure we'll be there again soon. Its just up from the Gordon Arms.

You should have seen some of the roads we found today though. Bloody fantastic!
I think Euan would agree that this one is definitely in the top 2 or 3 we've had.

This is gonna be a good year

Probably quite soon Jim

Iain is taking point on day 2 of Neil's Northumberland/Borders meet, and by his own admission his navigation is er... poor.

At the end of the run today he said in all seriousness :

" Yes that was good - it will be fine for the Northumberland meet, but I'll probably need to do it a few more times to get to know the route though "

250 miles !!!

(Lamest excuse for a / I've ever heard )
