Tidy. After much study at MM1 I would say you have the definitive S2000 04 mix. A Moonrock 04 is the nicest S going.

It still needs and 01 interior though which is still comfortably the best mix of red and black.

Plus it needs <02 geometry and rubber.

The ultimate mix is:

Moonrock 04, with 01 internals, 99 geo, 99 rubber stretched around 04 wheels.

(plus the 04 rear lights when on look fantastic).

I guess that's the price we pay for waiting for the new reg.
You missed the whole summer just so you could show off a 54 plate?

I'm sorry, to me that is a bit sad. You should have bought before the summer and just stuck a private plate on it!

Is that your regular parking place?
Yep, used to have underground parking but its a pretty good area with a fair few cars worth more than the S parked around so should be OK!!

I'm with Al and Ian on this.

You've missed the time your should have studied the car. I hope you don't end up on the list - be dead careful in this weather - don't end up wrapping it. Coz if your are new to rwds, in this weather you will.

totally, you should of got it in the dryer weather to feel how the car responds, just take it easy till spring (its only 6months away) and then give it some VTEC......

also, welcome and enjoy the S.......

I agree up to a point, Alex. I ummed and erred about delaying taking my 04 until 1 March on an 04 plate, but ultimately decided I didn't want to wait and so took it at the end of January on a 53 plate.

I got the car a month earlier but it does mean that on resale it will be worth around a grand less than if I had waited and taken it on an 04 plate. I see understand why someone might delay delivery by a few weeks to save themselves that kind of hit on resale, even if it meant missing a few weeks of summer.
