I once did a course at the Napier University campus there - I turned up one morning and there was a VW Polo sitting on its own in the car park with a window smashed. Over the next few weeks various bits of it were stripped and IIRC eventually it was burnt out...

This was slap bang in the middle of a car park that was jam packed full of students' cars during the say.

My course was in the evening as well - I had nightmares about my car failing to start.

Interesting neigbourhood - I would never drive on calder Road with the roof down

(Plus points is that you get a lovely smell of baking wafting over from the biscuit factory )

Yep, did my degree at Napier and was never happy at parking my 1l beige Polo at the SH campus!

Glad we've got a car park down there, the industrial estate is a nightmare for stuff parked everywhere.
