Interesting at least four of us yet nobody seems to have rated Arriva Honda on the dealer survey. Personally I'm keeping my powder dry until the legal bits are sorted.
G - now let me think about this Silverstone - living in Bradley Stoke - mmm strange how you haven't commented on my earlier comment about the ratbag sneaking past me in the Axa lane and then cutting back in on the roudabout to go past Parkway - towards Bradley Stoke!! C'mon confess you road rage inducing criminal.

I've not rated Arriva because I've only done 4000 miles so it's a bit early really. However, I anticipate that us Bristol people won't have any problems, simply because the service manager is a member on here!

Ooops. If it was me I apologise Don (but I doubt it). As for Arriva Honda, the less said about the sales guy the better although I've heard only good things about the service manager.

G - now that's an interesting point and very much similar to my outstanding problem.
Yes I've spoken to Ian and was impressed with both his knowledge and helpfulness.
However amongst other things I had to return car no less than four times to have scratches on wing that were supposed to be done pre-delivery. I am still waiting for handbook and other paperwork.

I had problems with the sales guy. He made numerous promises that weren't kept. In the end, I dealt with Steve (dealer manager I think) who was more helpful. It made buying the car hard work! But its worth it in the end. Good luck mate.

Interesting you had 'problems' with the sales person - I did too! Wonder if we had the same guy?
I have already found that service is completely different set-up to sales - the service people are really genuine and contientious whereas the sales ... well, I think we've said enough already
Alex.

I'll let you know. They are on notice that failure to resolve issues by the end of this week will result in my investigating alternatives courses of action.
Amazing really when you think my wife bought a Civic-Type R at the same time - and I had previously bought an Integra. If they think I'm going to buy my NSX there they have got to be kidding.
A mate bought a Renault a little while back and was invited to a champagne reception for launch of latest Renault Laguna. Now I know that doesn't really affect the level of service but its a nice touch.
