Good dealer experience!
Just had a couple of really experiences with dealers - and yes I will update the dealer survey!
When I bought my year-old S last year, it had the wrong size S03's on it. As part of the deal, Johnsons (Kidlington-Oxford) agreed to take back the used S03's and throw in a free 27k service.
Went to book the car in at my local dealer (Crown - Bushey) and asked them to check the financials with the other dealer were all OK and thats when the problems started. Someone high up in Johnsons (from their Redditch Head Office and not connected to the Kidlington dealer) said free service had to be done at Kidlington regardless of how far I had to travel and my existing booking at Bushey etc etc
Technically I guess they could have insisted but not good for me!
Big to Lee Higgins from Crown Bushey and Luke Edwards (Service Manager at Kidlington) who sorted it all out so I can use Bushey. I've always had excellent service at Bushey, and although I've not used their servicing, Kidlington sales and service team seem to be too

Actual service isn't for another couple of weeks until I get back from hols (so still time for a "surprise" I guess). Just pleased that the dealers decided the man from head office had got it wrong

Yeah, those head office types what are they like?
When you go to crown, see Gary Hedge, and ask for Jorge to work on your car. They know me quite well now - I see them about every month for a service!!
