Default Good audio Fitters

Hi All

Keen to get rid of the awful stock stereo and speakers in my lovely new (to me) s2000 - but there seems to be a real lack of audio dealers and fitters these days (apart from awful Halfords and its clueless staff of 17 year old goons). I'm London based and have spoken with Dynamic Audio but wasn't entirely sold on their recommendation and quote. Has anyone got any recommendations for knowledgable audio people who can supply and fit decent kit? I don't want just anyone ripping off the door panels!

I'm looking to get a top grade head unit and front speakers, with a view to expanding the system at a later date with an additional amp and a sub in the boot. I dont have the skills to just buy something online and fit it myself so I want someone who can do the whole job.

Many thanks

The best heatinit in my opinion is the new pioneer deh-80prs it has time selling ment and many othe features there is plenty of speakers on the market and depends on budget I'd recommend a little sound deadening in the doors and personally a amp to run the speakers as well if you want anymore advise I can help with putting you in contact witha couple of good dealers

Not sure why lil is talking about a head unit (I guess that's what a heatinit is) when we're discussing speakers but the first question to ask is: how old is your car?

if it's MY01 or earlier, you will need different recommendations to those if it's MY02 or later.

it's a 56 plate. I'm looking at the Pioneer 8400 head unit, or something by Alpine that can handle bluetooth and direct ipod control. Just need to decide best choice of 2 replacement front speakers that can cope with some heavy D&B and techno
