whats in the falklands then is it winteror summer there will you be wearing lots of green clothes and stuff

Late Summer over there now (16c) but will be cold by the time I depart in June.

I usually wear a 'blue suit' and apply copious amounts of brylcream! Having to wear green down there though

Done something similar years ago.
My Dad asked me to throw him my keys so he could move my car. So I did from my bedroom window. As you can guess they went straight through his hands and straight down a drain (didn't even touch the sides), just heard a plop sound as it hit the foamy water. We rigged up and old ariel with a magnet on the end.... hey presto 10 minutes of fishing and the keys were back!

This is actually one of my worst nightmares, and i've worried about it happening for many a year

Ha ha - me too! I often scan the floor for grids as I pull up or walk back to my car. If I spot one by the boot or drivers door I seem to go into panic mode!

Good end result at the garage there!
