about the price. When you get them to remove the hardtop, make sure they take care they don't damage the car. You need two people, and if they've never done it before they might struggle a bit. Also make sure they don't damage it when they put it down, there should be a proper stand for the HT. Check alloys for signs for damage/corrosion. You could probably get them replaced by Honda under warrenty, check tyre wear; it all helps when chipping the price down.

Good luck

Dave

Almost forgot, check which tyres it's running on - see tech faq.

The wrong size (very common) or unmatched brands of tyres, means that you're going to be forking out

Just got back from the dealer, it was exactly as described, and to cut a long story short I have put down a deposit

Managed to get a grand knocked off, which is what they gave px for it (he showed me the invoice) so I'm fairly satisfied that I got a decent deal. The only issue was no stand for the HT, he is going to check with the previous owner, anyone know how much replacements cost?

Only problem I have now is shifting my *cough* Megane, as the px offered wasn't great (as I was expecting).

Picking her up May 17th, roll on summer!

Any chance you could get the previous owners details off the V5 and see if they've still got it?
