Default Geometry Setup Adivce

Hi everyone, finally getting round to having my geometry settings checked and more likely than not corrected. I have a feeling they are off.

When I bought the car just about 11 months ago now it came sitting pretty low on BC coilovers. What I wanted was advice on a decent setup...castor, camber all that business...I have no idea about it so basically want the right numbers/degrees and to go and tell a guy to do it

As the car has been lowered I thought I would attach some images of front and rear for someone to maybe guess how much my car has been lowered as I have never really seen a standard one in the flesh I assume the ride height has to be considered when setting the geo settings properly.

Infact if possible would some kind person supply the standard Honda Geo settings, then what you think I should maybe look to be running?

Thanks,
PJ

It's all in here including the geometry settings. Mine's booked in for next week, and the data in here is what I'll be asking the garage to set things to.

Going to go first thing in the morning and at least get a print out of how the car is currently sitting, any geo experts about, would appreciate your input in a setup...thanks.
