Yup, honda standard settings. I don't think I'd deviate from them for now. The guy gave me a performance tuning sheet, which is basically if I experience x, do y. I'll give that a read and do a few more track days before I think about changing anything.

Are there any GEO recommended places in the North West area? Round Preston?

Because the brakes are on....

I you were prepared to travel an hour and 45mins I would recommend a place in keswick cumbria, thats where i got mine done and they did a good job.

There not some backstreet jobby.
