Default Fuse No 3 (stop)

Does anyone one know what the fuse no 3 is for under the bonnet, in the book it states that it is for "stop" what is it as it keeps blowing and my horn stops working. Is it just for the horn, but why would they put it as stop.....

If it keeps blowing you need to find the cause and get it fixed

It's because he's fitted 04 horns, which are much more macho that a puny '00 fuse can't handle the power draw.
I reckon the 04 fuse may be a higher rating.
