Fuse box cover

Fuse box cover
Hi
I recently checked the internal fuse box on the driver's side, to the the right of the steering column. The instructions in the manual mentioned a fuse box cover which was not present - my question is should there be a cover just for the fuse box or does the cover go all the way across the area under the steering column? It seems to me that the cover should go all the way across but I don't really know as I haven't seen one!
Thanks in advance!

On mine (from memoery) the box itself has a cover with the symbols and ratings on the outside. The rest of the area under the there is quite open - no big cover panel. Thats on MY06.
EDIT: I was wrong. No fuse box cover, the symbols are on a sticker lower down.

Sorry, i'm going from memory, i briefly looked at it the other day. Maybe symbols I saw were between the fuses. Either way the OP has the same model year as Jamie, so I guess yours is correct no matter.
