I am not aware of anyone having the arm replaced under extended warranty as a result of it being worn but I would have thought you may have a good case.
If they won't pay for a replacement you could get a used arm from a breaker for ~

yes they do the same tyres as Pro-Tyre!
I felt reasonably happy about the possible warranty claim but less so now after reading more on the issue. Not a massive amount of play in the castor bush but starting to fall apart.
Mechanic was very helpful and thought it would be difficult to argue wear and tear as other-side is totally fine. Will be having a serious word if it does not go through as the recent MOT from them plus last weeks 54k service showed up nothing.
Will let you know the outcome or if i can get any goodwill from the dealer if not. Part alone is

Cheers guys,
Am eagerly awaiting the answer tomorrow. The feeling is here that i've no chance and with the Honda Slough guys that it could go through. If it doesn't i'll be arguing that wear and tear is a weak excuse as the other 3 are all ok. Apparently the mech said that the castor bush has 4 sites of attachment and that one had started to 'come away' which it should'nt be doing?? No mention of seizing? As the toe/castor/camber etc were adjusted fine i hope that means the other dreaded bushes/bolts should not be seized?
