oooh, that looks smooth! I like it, looks like im gonna have to try and save some pennies to get a lip and have the holes filled and sprayed.
Although theres no way my plate will be legal, but ill give it a try til i get told off.
anyone care to give me some tips on removing the front bumper before i start hacking away at it?

Get yourself a copy of the service manual...just google 'S2000 service manual'...really helpful for this sort of thing
However, You'll need to release the wheel arch liners from the bumper (this also allows you to access a 10mm bolt behind the bumper on each side, undo all the 10mm bolts on the underside of the bumper, undo the 5 crosshead bolts in front of the radiator, and release a couple more 10mm bolts near the h/lights.
