That's a really nice job trunkie

I had mine done some years back by a local body shop, and despite e fact it's taken a couple of hits I much prefer the look without those horrible washer jets.

Taken from MOT testers guide book:

1.7/1.8 headlamps/aim

Method of inspection - where HID or LED dipped beam headlamps are fitted, switch on the headlamps and check the operation of any headlamp levelling and cleaning devices fitted

Reason for failure - a headlamp levelling or cleaning device inoperative or otherwise obviously defective.

There's an additional information paragraph that states..

Vehicles equipped with HID or LED headlamps may be fitted with headlamp washers and a suspension or headlamp levelling system. Where such systems are fitted, they must work...

So, to clear it up, they do not require to be fitted. But if they are fitted they must work. It's also worth noting that correct beam pattern must be ommitted (more of a problem with aftermarket kits) incorrect pattern will result in a failure. Misty/cloudy headlights could also cause a fail as it could distort the beam pattern or effect the 'brightness' of the light omitted.
