I have just been giving my car a once over before my trackday at Donnington on the 4th Dec and noticed that my front pads are approx 70-80% worn (DOH!!) now I was going to upgrade the pads soon anyway but I fear by the time I order them there will not be enough time to bed them in properly before Sun 4th, standard pads will be easier to bed in but will they be any good on a trackday ?
I have always had a preference for Mintex 1144 pads, has anyone else on here used them ?

I changed my front pads halfway through my track day a few months ago at Bylton, did a few laps mild pace and then gave them death, had no issues with them on the track or on the road.
