Well I did my assessment at Snetterton on Tuesday, unfortunately there was no VBH...
But nevermind I had a fab time driving around in an MX-5, my racing lines and car control all came together and I passed the assessment...
At the start of the driving test we were told to keep the revs to 4.5k but I one point I went up to 6k, and the instructor whispered 'your rev limit!' to which I replied 'sorry I'm used to driving an S2000' which must of sounded really lame and it was on film....
I now have to wait until Nov sometime to find out if I have made it to the final 50, who will be invited for a weeks assessment in March. BTW I wore my S2Ki cap for my media interview....

Spoke to Sarah earlier and it sounds like she did really well - especially considering the little practice time she was given before her assesment.
Heres hoping you get through to the final 50.

Cheers guys! I will keep you posted on the results, the waiting is going to be a nightmare...
Pussy, you can apply to Formula Woman in 2004 for the racing season in 2005. Its an amazing experience and great fun, I feel my driving has progressed to another level which is great.
Just go for it girl.

My girlfriend was in one of the assessments at cadwell park. It was very well organised, but I didn't get to see her driving because they had closed off the viewing areas. No VBH there either..

From what I understand, she is in the final 62 of which they are picking 50 for the weeks assessment in March. Not certain about this though.
