I'm not 100% sure if I'll be going to Mimms yet as I've already done the Druids run this month and am probably also doing the Rutland run this Sunday too!

I do however have a 70mm BERK HFC on its way to me as soon as MB posts it

I got a little bored on the weekend and have been meaning to refurb my spare rocker cover and swap the one out that was on the block as it was starting to flake and look a little bit tired.

I initially went for matt black VHT but I wasn't very happy with that as it was more of a very dark grey so in the end I painted it satin black. I also re-polished my coil pack cover up with my new polishing kit and couldn't be happier with the results

I'm now tempted to do an exchange service and do a few refurbs for forum members as I know Whaninoz wants to do his this week and Sazzy has already asked about it too. Would this be something people would be interested in?

Here is is after the VHT and before I re-polished the coilpack cover:

...and here it is after some satin black paint and using my polishing kit

Hi Alex,

I'd be interested if you do go ahead.

The car is looking amazing too

Cheers

Keep up the work Floppy,

Coming on even better,

If you do decide to go ahead on rockers what colours can you do?

And why no proper sound clip with the exhaust yet

Looks really smart

Did you not bung the ports/holes on the rocket cover? Looks like you painted the threads and ports?
