I get my car back on Thursday!

Then it will be time for a very careful wash with my new snowfoam kit

After that's done I'll be taking a trip down to Chesham as I have the car booked in at WiM for 1pm on Friday to get the geo done. It'll be a very careful down there and lots of for the way home! I cant wait!

I also popped up the garage yesterday and the rear bumper was in the spray booth ready and Captain Ray was just finalising the prep to get the front bumper and boot spoiler painted before he closed up for the day!

I forgot to take a picture of the under side of the bumper as well because its not only been smoothed, Ray has split the ends and made some metal pinned brackets so that when fitted, although the front arches are rolled with a slight flare the bumper will match up so it looks totally OEM!

You're not wrong! I reckon there will be a sleepless night tomorrow waiting for the big day! I have the front wheel arch liners and the wheels to go on when I head over Thursday but apart from that its all good to go!

If it is as warm as the predictions for the weekend as well it couldnt be more perfect...knowing my luck though it'll rain but the roof will still be down, I'll just have to make sure I'm doing more than 50mph!

Well...I've not posted in a while as I've been working flat out with Captain Ray and the car is finally finished!

Friday was a bit of a nightmare as it was firstly p*ssing it down, secondly I had noticed that Pristine had put one of my front tyres on facing the wrong direction - schoolboy error and the car still needed a lot of mopping. As a result I decided to cancel with WiM so I took it to Orbit Tyres in Wellingborough as I knew they had a hunter and often set cars up for local tracks and drift cars etc. It wasn't cheap but they did a good job of the geo and sorted my tyre out at the same time. I then took the car back to Ray's for the final mop and polish, bringing it home about 5pm yesterday.

I then got up and spend from about 10.30am until 3.30pm waxing it by hand with some AG Ultra Deep Shine followed by Poorboys EXP as that is all I have for now but it's come up really nicely with the paint looking smooth and a mirror finish so good you can brush your teeth in it!

I couldnt find a decent place to take a photo so I just went up the local shops for now...decent photo's with the SLR will be done in the near future though!

The boot spoiler isn't done yet...and I also now can't decide whether to put the Veilside replica one on it or the low level OEM as I quite like the extra chunkiness of the OEM one but like the flowing line of the Veilside.

The wheels finished in Anthracite Powder from Pristine along with my newly purchased and obscenely expensive centre caps!

...and finally I did the 'does it fit on the drive test' which thankfully it still just about does...10mm of space underneath the sill!

Snowfoam was great fun!

It's felt so good to be driving it again...I've finally got my Mojo back!

A clean black S2000 looks always amazing. Your car is spotless apart from the rusty brake discs.
