So glad you weren't hurt. This sort of thing really brings it home, good conditions, driving steady etc. Could happen to any one of us??

It would be good to get to the bottom of why - tyres, camber, oil on road etc?? There must be a reason.

The very best of luck with your insurers Jel.

Glad you are OK, looks pretty scary.

Lisa is going to be using the S2000 soon as I have just taxed and MOT'd it, will show here these pictures to try and stop her 'testing' the cars limits.

All the best with the insurance.......

I dreampt about Jel's flip last night and this morning have been reading an extract from Jackie Stewart's biography. This bit made me think of poor Jel:

In 1968, I was elected president of the GPDA and began to lead the campaign. "What happens if a car goes off the track here?" I would ask. "It's OK, Stewart," irritated officials would reply, "we have grass banks to stop the cars." "They're no good, they're just launch pads."

It's a shame for Jel but his pictures have certainly made us all think and probably injected a bit of caution.

Oof!

Bad luck mate.

I agree with the carper about the embankments etc. Totally dodgy.

Big respect for managing it in the dry though!!!
