Default First Track Day in the S:)

Was at my first track day in the SK2 since i bought her, The TME is not going at present waiting for bits and pieces to arrive for it so i thought i would take the daily driver down and see what all the fuss is about and to learn the limits of the car and how she reacts when being pushed.

WOW is all i can say, i had no idea they were that good when being pushed hard on a track, i was able to sit with stuff that IMHO i thought would easily pull away from me. Handling is superb at the limit, no nasty surprises at all, very surprised how controllable it was when the back end did come out.

I am sorely tempted to turn it into a track car now

It was starting to rain and i got a bit to excited Thought i was a drifting god, clipped the kerb and got spat the other direction just held it thankfully

Looks like you've already got more mods then most track day regulars! No wonder you were impressed.

Love the photos. Brakes look awesome

Very nice, really like your car.

You should go for a stiffer tyre next, much better on the track than the jelly Toyos

Car looks great, not bad for a beater

With the mods you have you should be able to suprise quite alot of more expensive metal.

I would love to see more track pic's of the Evo though...

Yep great price too ... done a couple of track days on mine and in my S (note not s2 ) ... so much fun on the track with the S and it is awesome how it handles so much more than you believe when driving on the roads, even stock as mine so I expect yours would be great fun

Limited suspension travel and awkward bump curves mean its a handfull on a bumpy B.
But on track they are excellent, even stock
