First service cost - am I being charged too much?
Alan Day Honda (Colindale) for 9000 mile service.
Informed them that I will be supplying 5 litres fully synth oil and asked for the gearbox fluid to be changed at the same time.
Total cost including VAT is approx

Gearbox fluid change at 9,000 miles? 
I'm pretty sure I didn't have that done, and I know for a fact that my first service was nowhere near that expensive. I paid less than that for the first biggie at 27,000!

what are the upper and lower thresholds for the 9k service?? mine is coming up and i need to be able to estimate when it will need doing... on 7.5k at the moment.
