first oil change timing??
After a suggestion in another thread, I am now wondering....
I have now done 4600 miles in my MY04 and still have the original oil in it.
should I be getting this changed to synthetic now and getting rid of the breakin additives? or should I juts wait until the 9000 mile service?
ie. is it better to keep the breakin oil for longer or not (if it was normal oil without additives I would have changed it by now)?
help appreciated.

MJI, in the tech faq section on oil it says that you should keep mineral oil in until 6k.
If you want to change early, I would leave it another 1500 miles then change it.

Guys,
I have just got a new S2k and have done about 300 miles so far, but I keep reading about staying with mineral oil for the first 6k? Does this mean they have mineral oil by default or should I be considering changing my oil ASAP?
