Me too, always have. I think it's a mismatch in speed of something in the gearbox, because it only does it if you've had the clutch out in neutral for a few secs or more IIRC. You put it in gear and it clunks. Do the same again shortly afterwards and it doesn't do it. Let the clutch out and wait a short while, do it again and the clunk is back.

Mine does it. I've developed a habit of double de clutching while sitting at traffic lights now to reduce the amount of times it happens.... just doesn't "feel" right!! In fact, I love the box in the s2k, one of my fave parts of the car, but the way it feels reminds me of a bike trans, does anyone else get what I mean?
