for older plugs 20k was true, but precious metal types , platinum iridum etc will last a very long time...100k more than possible

Eh? When I replaced mine, they were pretty dead and that was at 42k miles!

so what are the best plugs to use with the mugen set up, since mugen888 is running the ecu, should he be running one step cooler?

I'm running copper plugs a stage colder and they cost half as much as the iridiums. See my sig.

It was always Mark Lupton (occasionally Eddie Lupton I think as well) up until recently. We've got a new guy who's our window person now (although he worked for DMUK a while ago and has come back) who's name I can't remember off hand (Paul Bedford/Bingley/Billingsley?). Denso are a good supplier so not had any need to contact them in a bit so no personal contact with him yet.

Mosty dealing with people in Denso Sales in Belgium and Manufacturing in Hungary at the moment
