F20c Crankshaft - stroker kit

There are only a few cases of bad rebuilds and I know of plenty of F20Cs used in other cars that have happily been rebuilt.
There is much more than bores to the engine rebuild. There is no reason why you can't replace the FRM with a ceramic coating. After all, this is exactly what Honda was using the FRM for - super hard surface property.
And of course there have been plenty of H22As that have been rebuilt which is pretty much the same bottom end as the F20C

Thanks for input guys, I lost track of this post so I do apologise for the late response. My current crank is supposedly 17 thou out. i am considering have it reground to 20 thou and the appropriate shells to accommodate this, plus a full gasket set. I was wondering how much a 2.4 stroker kit would come in at but having shopped around I don't think this is an option as its to expensive. I plan on rebuilding the engine and dropping it back into the car, keeping costs as low as possible. Any ideas on the total cost. I'm going to call honda next week for a price on a new crank , for a laugh!
Thanks

I wouldn’t get a Honda crank reground personally, you’re then limited to after market bearings that only come in one size, rather than proper graded oem bearing shells. The bearing clearance on these engines is critical to its oil pressure and subsequently life. I’d try and find a good replacement crank.
on the subject of stroker cranks, you absolutely will gain a load of power and torque, if you’re not then something else has gone wrong.
