Interesting, but I always think the friday times are irrelevant and only a general indication of the individuals performance to come?
Oh did you see the quote attributed to Mansell today in the Standard, apparently he is "blasting F1 as a Mickey Mouse sport" not far wrong in my opinion. Where's the overtaking???????
Oh yes I remember now it all happens off camera ( in the pits) whilst the overseas tv director nauseatingly follows the home driver, for endless laps
Bring back the old school that's what I want, wheel to wheel stuff, where the lead changes at least once in a race.
Sorry rant almost over....... I've followed F1 since the mid 60's. It was only recently that I questioned why I continued to watch this largely processional sport. Take a look at Moto GP or Superbikes, thats how to entertain

A fair rule in my opinion, if any of the drivers get within one tenth of each other, they have to have a ten minute brawl to sort out their positions
I think Montoya, Coultard and Webber would be the class hard men

Top stuff. I love watching Kimi, Alonso and Montoya qualify. I'm on the edge of my seat each Saturday.
At first I thought that both the McLaren's were bottoming out on the final corner, but Alonso confirmed he had big oversteer there too.
Best statement in the press conference was Raikkonen's, when he said that drifting half way round the turn side-ways didn't slow him down, and actually sped him up! The guy is f*cking class.
