Default Which Exhausts?

Cars now outside it's warranty and I'm expecting a fairly hefty drop in the insurance in the near future (back to full no claims and about 3 years since last claim) so I'm thinking of beginning to throw a few mods at her

Was wondering which Exhaust system gave the biggest improvement?
I'm not a big one for doing something for the image I want some performance benefit

Was quite impressed with Boy Wonders Super Sprint at West Mids when I went to overtake a landrover from relativly low speeds. He was almost pushing me along dispite the fact I was only one up and he was two up (although the one up in mine was me and that probably counts for two in anyone elses )

Mr V, see the dyno graph for my T1R exhaust which is included in the group buy details (in my sig).

EDIT: the dyno graph is in the first GB to which the first post of the second GB (the one in my sig) links. I've confused myself...I'll find it and post a direct link...

Ist Group buy (which includes dyno) - http://forums.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=185979

Pros - sounds awesome, excellent performance increase (largely due to being a single exit exhaust), cheap (approx

Opps, that's what happens when you jump threads all the time....I expect Mr V to go the 2F2F route shortly and he'll definitely want a noisy exhaust

Was wondering about that myself.

Anyway Craig, I thinkyou're right. Not as pretty as a Dual exhaust but if the performance is right it'll do it for me

It's gonna be a few months yet before I'm in a position to get one but I always believe in doing my research. I'll keep digging but we have a starter for 10

Reading through the Super-sprint web site they seem to be claiming a 9hp increase with a full on system

The AJP T1R seems to be rated between 9-14hp increase
