Happy to take some measurements and some videos if you want with them in and out?. Mine are invidia bungs so are a perfect fit.
With the bungs in, To me below vtec it sounds like oem but in vtec it's still loud'ish

I have a spec 4 buddyclub single. Sounds spot on. Not loud but not quiet.

Without meaning to hijack the thread I'm running a stock exhaust and currently looking to invest in an aftermarket one. I'm looking for an exhaust with low drone (as its my daily) but with a nice vtec sound and preferably a twin can, will be looking to do a couple of track days in future too, any recommendations?

I have a Miltek exhaust on mine with a decat, No drone with soft top up or hard top on, only a slight drone at very low rpm when top is down. Its quiet but deeper on idle and quiet when not heavy with the throttle. it ticks all the boxes for those wanting an OE look not very loud well made deeper throaty sounding exhaust. :-)

It is a great system, well made by a trusted well respected company.

It fits the later model rear bumper perfectly and sounds great... There is a video on Hendy Performances Facebook page.
