MSC does, but he's a crazy dude that likes a LOT of raspy goodness!

(I tried it with a decat and hated it)

So my local fabricator has let me down on the Exhaust Mod front. Where else in the North West has done this previously? Preferably in the South Manchester area.
I spoke to Fairdeal fabrications for you in Stockport

They will do it but you will need to take your exhaust to them and explain what you want done

£60 to £80
Cheers. I'll give them a shout and see what I can sort out.

I have 38mm internal diameter plus a decat and it's just how I like it. Slightly louder than just the exhaust modification and it adds a slight rasp at the top. Far from corsa boy racer tone though.

Definitely agree, I love the tone of my car now, it seems to sound almost like induction noise! Have you heard your car from the outside? I've watched a video of mine and it does seem quite loud. I'll have to pop to Bedford and get another sound test, I'll report back when I've had it done!

I'm yet to hand the keys to a trusted and insured driver to hear my own car. Got a good enough idea with the roof down though.

Question for everyone here. How much labour hours would you say that this full job entails?

My local shop rates are quite high, so just wondering what is it in terms of hours so that i'm comparing apples to apples

For remove exhaust, full prep + fabrication + TIG welding + re-installing exhaust, of course...

Thanks!

1.5 hours all in for the competent, while the sky's the limit for the incompetent and those who want to shaft you.

I'd have said closer to 2 hours, but I guess it depends on how good they are at welding and prepping everything.
