Yeah, its massive. I couldn't separate the exhaust and cat, so had to do so at the manifold-cat connection and I could only just get it in my 5 series estate. Other than that its easy enough to remove, lubricate the rubber mounts and hangers with wd40 or fairy liquid and remove the lower strut bar.

For the record I bought the pipe on eBay and took it to Clark Motorsport, I posted the link a few pages back.

Finally decided that this was the correct modification for myself.

Exhaust was removed this past Sunday (march 3rd).

Was looking to do 38mm and also did a bit of research on 44mm, however it was tough to find quality videos. Found a few which were great however, others which weren't...

Ended up going with 41mm

Ill try to post some pictures soon, currently on my phone!

Ill try to add some videos as well with idle and all...(don't driver in winter as we get a bit of snow)

Hi Sean, just tried my contact but number changed. Sorry to have let you down on that as he was dirt cheap. I do know the location of another guy out brackley way so will see if I can find his number.

Sean, there is an exhaust builder in Aylesbury. Chris tullett 01296483777 might be up for doing it. Don't pay any more than £100 for it.

There's another place out in Tingewick who might be worth a call if you get stuck.
