No idea mate. All I know is when I got there he said he couldn't get the 32mm I wanted but did manage to get 35mm.

I have been following this thread since early May and I finally pulled the trigger on this mod last week. I went with a 32MM ID piping on my ’04 AP2 and I have nothing but good to report.

Absolutely no drone at any RPM or any speed

Overall, I would describe the exhaust note as deeper but very smooth.

During normal driving the change in exhaust note is subtle but noticeable.

At full throttle from 3k up the tone is noticeably stronger but not overwhelming.

From the outside, the car sounds as it should from idle all the way to redline.

My thanks to all who worked through the early testing on this mod. Well Done!

Strange question, what sort of length is required? Just ordering some stainless now and wondering if 600mm is too much or too little?

Judging by the photos I doubt you'll need more than 20cm

I was just going to say... I bought 600mm off ebay, had the mod done this week and got 400mm back I'd say. 37mm inner if it's of any use to anyway if you cover the p&p, that said the pipe was cheap as bit in the first place.

So a few days in with your new mod, what are your initial impressions?

Very Very quiet! But only because it's still sitting under the car in the garage I need to WaxOyl the underneath, so the exhaust won't go back on until the end of January probably. I'll be sure to update this thread though, can't wait!!

Been checking ebay but cant find any 28mm ID for this mod.

Anyone know any vendor on ebay selling a pipe?
