Performing the mod on mi garage with 30mm, any advise to hole the exhaust? What did you use?

stepped drill bit is best, worst case mark it out and cut it with a dremmel, best is to cut your bypass pipe first so it fits the exhaust nice and snug then draw around the pipe and cut 1.5 mm inside the line

BTTT - I wonder if there's much difference in sound between stock 99-03 and stock 04- exhausts after this mini mod??

Best mod ever done on a car.

Amazing roary sound,
race car sound under vtec,
Silent on girlfriend mode, no difference with stock.

Its not easy job, if there was someone that do it for me, i wouuld pay, no doubt.

I used 35mm inner, i think is the best diameter, perfect sound, 0 drone, i tried to put the tubes very direct to improve airflow.


Thaks people for this idea, I wont buy another exhaust, this sound for me is perfect.

Getting mine sorted this afternoon mate is sorting it for me for 70 quid,using stainless pipe and stainless welding wire then galvi painting the welds aswell to help with corrosion
