Daily driver, albeit only 5,000 miles in the last year.
Looking at SORNing it after this years Mega Meet for the winter and currently searching for an interesting but cheap beater.
Also kind of thinking about selling her

One of the main reasons why I first started looking into buying an s2k was because after struggling for a while, I realised I couldn't really afford to run 2 cars, so needed to find a sports car convertible that I could use ever day, all year round. Our cars are perfect for that along with lots of other reasons for choosing the s of course. I think I would miss it too much if I couldn't drive it very day now!!
40 miles each way 5 days a week, so around 1500 miles a month, plus fun miles at weekends.
Haven't driven the family-waggon since I bought it - the Mrs. misunderstood my meaning when I said "we" are getting a new car

i bought mine to use, however after putting 8k miles on it in under 4 months (and numerous stone chips added) through commuting decided i couldnt bare to ruin/devalue it by putting loads of miles plus wear n tear on it. so now run 2 cars and the s2k is only brought out the garage at the weekends
only owned it for a year and this winter will certainly be declaring it SORN after tax is out... especially as 12 months tax is 400+quid .. its not worth me taxing it for the occasional dry winter day.

That surprises me, Steve. I find the S seats some of the most comfortable I've ever sat in. I've driven back from Le Mans on a couple of occasions (nearly 500 miles) in one go and am as happy when I gget out as when I got in!

Mine started as a pure weekend car in a garage for 6 months
Life changed and it became a works van for a 18 months and lived outside
It continued to live outside, mainly week end only use
And the last five years lived in a car port with a cover , mainly weekend use
Last 6 weeks its outside again, to make room for 3 tonnes of green oak and my workshop, mainly weekend use
It always been used summer and winter
Hows that for a potted history

Weekend and evening car, I drive a delivery van during the day so some times I need to work off steam and other times I just need to nap in the chair, But, when I need the speed, oh hell it's good.
