EPS problem help!
Hi, I'm new to this forum as I have recently purchased a 1999 JDM Honda S2000.
I've starting getting the EPS light come up which end up making the steering heavier. My first thoughts were the power steering rack because I had a EP3 civic type r with the same problem and the change of the steering rack cured it.
But the the problem on the S2000 is intermittent, sometimes it comes on sometimes it goes off, it can go off whilst I'm driving or when I've switched the car on and started it back up after a while. I'm thinking it could be a power steering module that if there is one or maybe a fuse. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
P.S. When the EPS lights comes on the ECU light comes on with it aswell is this supposed to happen.

Low battery would be a good guess.
I also experienced the same thing when the connector between the alternator and the battery broke and as the car moved around, the connector became detached and then reattached. worth a look as it's a really cheap fix.
