I'm thinking more like this unpainted clip.

Bummer.

All the procedure does is memorize the Torque Sensor Neutral Position which seems a common cause of the EPS light on the dashboard. The Service Manual (US) has the same procedure using the Honda Diagnostic System (HDS). The SM has extensive trouble shooting information all of which depend on the HDS and may only be applicable to US/CDA cars. A couple dozen trouble codes listed. Got access to the UK/EU manual? There was one offered on CD here a couple of years ago. I have it on a laptop as a virtual drive but darned if I can access it this morning.

Get someone with a scanner to plug on, Snap-on, Launch etc they all have the capability to read S2000 ecu's unless you have an aftermarket ecu like AEM or similar

why where do you live on the moon, 99% of garages will have a scanner that will plug on,,better than sticking clips and wires into sockets because Freds brothers uncle said so on the internet
