yeah welcome to the board!!!

It was this bunch of muppets that led me to buy this car and the subsequent decline in my bank balance.....chasing after new head units....mats.....exhausts.....tyres.....licence disc holders.....s2k number plates

This car has given me the best fun and I've driven a few!

I use Esso Ultron 5W40 fully synthetic because thats what the dealer recommended.

Hi Tony,
I had my first new S replaced by Honda with another brand new one about 7 weeks ago as it was deemed to be using excessive amounts of oil! Basically, in less than time it took me to use a tank full of fuel, i.e. 240 miles, it was going from full to empty on the dipstick!!
In comparison, my new one has now covered 1600 miles and has used only 2 notches on the stick, which I duly topped up last week.
I ran both cars in carefully up to 650 miles and progressively up the rev range after.................
Go figure!!
