Default Eggs - GRRRRRRR!

Yes, you guessed it, got egg'd last night. Or at least some time between parking up last night outside the house and this morning when it was time to go to work.

Looks like two eggs leaving those very distinctive semi-circular chip patterns. Garage down the road helped get the gunk off, although I suspect there is still some on the top that I'll need to deal with when I get home tonight.

I recall that somebody on here had a similar chip experience recently but can't find the thread. Have searched and looks like a chip repair is needed. Probably get the bodyshop in the garage to take a look tomorrow morning, but appreciate any advice.

Anger turning swiftly to annoyance. Bloody $

Bar Stewards - what is it with people not accepting the fact that other people have nicer stuff than them.

(and yes, nice tie!)

I think yesterday was a relatively random act - which I probably bore the brunt of. A couple of cars with traffic cones on the roofs apparently.

I am impressed you can see the tie so clearly!

Literally, egg/eggs thrown at the car, the shells are extremely damaging to the paintwork, normally resulting in a respray.

Really sorry to hear about this. Mine was egg'ed a few weeks back, but luckily it hit the wind screen, and I cleaned the yoke off quickly before it had time to harden.

MJ2K had his car egg'ed in the local Tesco's carpark. I think they caught the scum bags who did it on CCTV.

Yeah, it was Matt's thread I was thinking about. Top result for him in the end. No chance of such luck for me I think!

Sounding like a respray. Is there a bright side? At least its only two panels! Ha! Makes me feel so much better.....
