got fed up with how hard it was and having to defend scrotes all the time. So he's come back to medicine to be a GP!
This is where I hope to provide a unique selling point.

I will be the scrote defending them.

Probably at work, should see him return around 11pm our time maybe a little earlier.

But hopefully after he's reported it all to all concerned.

Phoned the guy and told him WE know where he lives.

Copied the shipping notice for the 12 baseball bats that are on route and emailed it to him.

Grab a cool beer out the fridge, chill and come back and tell us what's happening.

If he's shat on this poor guy, it's nothing less than he deserves.
i would never send something that someone had paid for without insuring it and on top of it the c**t has given dodgy details.

that would be funny six s`s pulling up outside this guys house. all of us pressing our remote boot releases at the same time, steping out the cars walkin round the back and lifting the baseball bats out!
Hmmm, not so cool or intimidating if the pre-04 guys have to use their remote boot release fobs and the street has an impromptu hazard light disco...

UPDATE:::

The seller contacted me back this morning. Turns out he did pay the shipping company/airline for a crate as well as he did insure it for the full value in which I both paid for. Therefore the shipping company is the one at fault, considering they didn't put it in a crate nor did they insure it.

A rep from the claims dept. with the airline contacted me today to go get a damage estimate and they will be paying for it without hesitation to be fixed. They also agreed to pay to replace the mounting hardware which was missing out of the box as well.

Looks like there is going to be a happy ending.

Thanks for all the info guys, you've been muchly helpful. The s2ki community ROCKS!!!

Definately!! I have bought and sold items internationally (UK included) without ever a problem. This has been the only one in years and it looks like the seller is not at fault, it was all the shipping company.
