That's no guarantee of more power and could lead to the opposite. It seems to be a black art balancing a restriction-free exhaust with the promotion of good exhaust gas velocity. Why bother? I'd rather buy a tested aftermarket exhaust manifold. However, I'm not speaking from practical experience.

Being bigger is only part of the battle - tried and tested is what you want and that leads you back down a more pricey route. You could go and be a test pig and report back! They might have got very luck and fluked a good design

IMO, the only benefit i can see with the manifold if its the one your thinking of is weight.

I bet it loses power unless its a complete clone of the good makes like J's or something (doubt it).

best save up and get one you know is good!.

eBay Linky

We discussed this in a previous thread here, I was very sceptical, and haven't received a reply from the seller.

Give it a go by all means, but there's no quality data to back up the sellers claims, and don't forget the old addage:

You get what you pay for.

Bigger diameter primary pipes usualy produce more top end power at the expence of mid range the last thing you would want in the S2000
