When you send your finalised letter, send it Recorded or Special Delivery, i always respond to these quickly, they just say to me "this person is precise & records everything" so deal with it now because its not going to go away.

And now i have read the thread title it clearly states "an e-mail to the seller" oh well i still feel letters are better as they can't just be deleted, but they do need proof of arrival.

I agree with Gaxxy. Lovegroove's letter by Recorded Delivery. If no response get a solicitor's letter sent. Whenever I have had issues a quick letter from a colleague on the company's letterhead gets a prompt reaction!
