Driving in Europe - essentials?
Hi All,
Come this Saturday and me and the GF are off to Brussels and then Munich hoping to take in a few castles and mountains along the way as well as some top driving roads.
Question is, with the hoooge amount of space at our disposal, what are the (legal)essentials for driving in Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and France.
I know that speed detectors are a big no no in France but I don't have one anyway...
Does anyone know of any website that give good advice?
Thanks in advance,
Rich

IIRC from the discussion on the SuperMeet 5 thread (which consisted of a jaunt across France), the conclusion reached was the headlights on the S didn't actually need to be changed.
I know Ade put together a list of "must have" items for the SM5 folks - I'm sure one of the attendees will be able to cut and paste it here, or provide a link to it.
