I spoke with these guys, and others including oneswoop (who offered a similar price on a UK-sourced car) and jamjar.com (who offered a higher-than-list-price!). Personally, despite the promises I would still check out the UK garages.

Haven't used Drivethedeal but seemed pretty genuine and helpful when I was trying to find a Clio 172 last year.
When I was looking in June for an S2k best quote for a UK car was from Pat Lawless at Carfile http://www.grantchester.ndirect.co.uk/carfile/home.htm . At that time (and I doubt its changed) standard car was
