These carpet cuts.......... I have the Muz mats supplied with the car. They have 2 holes on the drivers side. I also have the Honda mats with the metal hook. Do the two line up. i.e can I use the Honda hook to hold the MUZ's in place? I notice there are 2 slits in my carpet.

Thanks

I just got the Honda mats from the dealer (with S2000 embroidered in) in Grey with red trim. They look real nice and match the rest of my car. I've never seen the Muz mats but I'm not bothered as I'm already sorted.

AE

Do I just screw the nut into the floor plan or is it already marked? I don't wish to lift the carpet if not ness.

Failing that I will get the dealership to do it.

Thanx

It was already marked on mine. If you look just to the left of that split (about 1.5 inches) there should be another 'smaller' split to allow you to get a screwdriver in to tighten the screw. It may be hard to spot because its only about 0.5 inches long. you might have to feel around for it.
The carpet anchor slides up from the footwell and over the cross member. Thats where the screw holds it in place (half way between the two larger splits on the cross member).
