I've booked a passenger seat as well.

I may have made a mistake though ended up booked in as a novice as I have not done a full blown track day before. Just airfields & training days

I'm interested in the 1st-lotus. And if I recall, so was chilled (in a driver training day, anyway).

Perhaps we can make it an S-only day... ? 4 cars needed for 1st-lotus exclusivity.

The Novice thing...

my first track day I put myself down as a novice. I was being held up a lot, as I was significantly faster than anything else that day. But it's better to be held up if you're inexperienced than to be holding up quicker things. You can usually change sessions if need be. I'd rather be looking out the windscreen, than in the rear view mirror all the time (You still have to, but it bothers you less)

On my first trackday I was a novice, and probably the person holding Michael Schumacher up.

You can usually change groups if it is a problem, all depends how confident you get I think.
