They are region locked so its damn near impossible.
With a bit of fiddling with the trim. You should put a double din unit in there.
I remember having the Avic D3, It had some cool gauges like a G meter.
When I installed it my roundabout speeds increased considerably

Brian - In answer to your question the other day about my front bumper hole, all I did was cut a small hole in it roughly where I wanted and slowly made it bigger. I did put mine a little too low in all honesty. Don't forget the round the corners off otherwise the paintwork will crack.

So you don't have a duct of any sort it is just a hole ?
