Every car will react differently, so while the techniques you learn are the same, I think it's worth learning them in your own car. You start out knowing the car - or thinking you know the car - as well. Just my 2p.

It's a good time of year to do the coarse as well - more chance of a wet day, good for the tyres and learning!

Roughly how much cash are we talking about for this?. Sounds fantastic and would be really interested in doing this at some point (not yet......too many group buys etc!!!). Appreciate costs may vary depending on what you want to get out of the session but guidance would be useful.

It turns out that you can use just about any old car.
Best fun is powerful rear drive but the basic principles are what is needed.
These apply whatever you drive.
There are not many basic principles - and they are basic!
If I have a skill it is in getting you to realise these principles in a sensible way.
I can hire a Capri - it's a track heap with a tight limited slip diff and enough grunt to slip the tyres into powerslide.
It doesn't steer like an S2000 but it is cheap at
