This is a quote from the Computer Misuse Act which provide access to materials which may be material in any litigation. The prosecuting party only needs to find a material link to the UK (i.e. - A UK members board) to be able to seize any said info.
Anyway ... not to worry ... I don't think there is any problem with SM3, but I will confirm on Monday.

Lets not talk about meets ... I am still P*ssed off that I cant make the Midlands meet. Errr I mean eat meat in the Midlands.
All joking aside ... I don't think the law (in this case) is intended to prevent people enjoying themselves. Its purpose is to prevent damage to public and personal property as well as the maintenance of good public order. Now if we were to seal off the M25 with two 18 wheelers and race up and down between junctions 1 and 31 there might be an issue.
That's not a suggestion by the way .................................................. ..........
OR IS IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
