Mines exactly the same in anything like cool/cold weather. I usually keep the rook up for a few miles with the heater on and then lower when its had a chance to get a bit of heat in it !!

I let the car inside warm up first before dropping the top, it also means I am toasty too

It isn't that difficult really. If it is cold the vinyl won't fold very easily and might even damage it. It is in the manual too.

Also the glass screen tops will be worse. But lower it as far as you can, drive for 30 minutes. Then notice that it's actually gone down all the way! Or if you're patient, warm it up before dropping.

It's natural enough, just like if you left your sheets out to dry during frost overnight. Or if you ever did a little too much dry-riding with your first girlfriend you'll also know what I mean.

Here we go again

In case nobody's noticed, the frame has to slide over the inside of the hood as it closes. This becomes harder as the roof inner becomes dirty inside, or because the roof is less pliable/stiffer due to cold.
By helping the frame slide over the fabric, you can get your hood to close fully, every time, in any weather.
Just apply some silicon spray or something like 303 to the inside of the hood.

If you can't be arsed doing this, just lower the hood 75% then push the hood in above the window. You'll feel the fabric slide further down. Then lower the hood the rest of the way.
It will now be fully lowered.

This is the last time Beardie will speak on this matter as no fecker will listen to me.
