Default DMS ultimate road/track build - Nurburgring Video on P15, Rockingham Video P16, Spa video P18

Ok we are not going to bored you with a build thread that take 2 years, this car will be our on going R&D project and we will be keep getting update with all the parts we are going to test.

We are going to spend 2 weeks building this car as myself have already booked the trip to the Ring from the 17-19 August THIS month.

Here is some progress we got so far -

Day 1 -

putting the car up and get ready for stripping -





All this will be coming off -





Getting stripped





Rear Subframe and Crash bar out


New subframe from 06 car with seam welded and powder coat -





Test fit new Bumper



More stripping -



Engine supporting by engine stand as the Front subframe is coming out -



Front Subframe -



Gearbox out -



Some new parts getting ready

Our very own DMS PRO76S 3 inch single exit with dolphin tail

"Ultimate road/track build" are big words Dixon

I'm looking forward to seeing what you can do

but using knock off parts is not very "ultimate" in my book

Ok you wait and see, apart from bodykit. I don't see what knock off parts I will be using.

Yes the car is totally standard, what we doing now is to get the car up to a basic standard so I can go nurburgring with it in 2 weeks time.

The real serious bits will follow up later in the year. There will be a few surprises too

I assume the car will be driven hard most of the time so having cheap bumpers that are easy to replace seems quite practical to me.

That may very well be so, but cheap/practical and "ultimate" very rarely go hand in hand......
